Are reservations required?
Although reservations are not required, we recommend booking prior to arriving to secure your spot. While we do accommodate walk ins, we cannot sell more than our max occupancy.
Who is responsible for my child?
Sunny Day play Cafe is a stay and play facility meaning you must always stay inside the facility with your children. Parents and caregivers are fully responsible for the care and safety of their children. A waiver must be signed prior to playing at Sunny Day Play Cafe.
What age group is Sunny Day Play Cafe designed for?
Sunny Day Play Café targets children from 0-7 years old. Although our activities are geared toward 0-7 year old children, we allow up to 10 years old to play. Our infant section is strictly for under 2 years old.
How is Sunny Day Play Cafe kept clean and sanitary?
Sunny Day is cleaned and restored before each play session along with spot cleaning during the session. We use a safe and effective disinfectant that kills 99.99% of germs including COVID19.
Is outside food and drink allowed?
Yes, outside food and drink is permitted in our front café area. We do ask that food is not brought out into the play area to ensure the area stays clean and sanitary.
What is available for purchase in the cafe area?
We have self-serve coffee, hot water and tea, hot chocolate, water and milk. Prepackaged snacks including pirates booty, granola bars, gold fish, and puree kids pouches.
Are birthday parties private?
Yes, when you book a party with us, your group will be the only people playing at that time.
Can I have more than 15 children at my party?
Yes! 15 children is included in the party package but you can add the estimated amount of children when booking and we will get a final headcount at the party. Adults are free.
Can I bring my own party decorations?
Yes, you can bring and set up your own decorations 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party. We ask that you only have 1 wall decor item that can be hung with just tape.
Are birthday parties only held on weekends?
No. While we can host a party during the week, we only have online booking for weekend birthday parties. If you would like to have a party during the week, please call or email us to inquire.
